How onboarding works for your business

Start with your contact details. These create your application; nothing is added to Hyphen SCS yet.

• ✓Full name, phone, email and company name
• ✓GSTIN

We email a 6-digit code to the address you gave. It works for 10 minutes, and you can ask for another after 60 seconds.

Closed the page? Choose Resume onboarding on the homepage and verify your email again to pick up where you left off.

Choose whichever suits you: fill in the form yourself, or chat and let the assistant ask the questions. Both fill in the same application, and you can switch at any time. Your answers save as you go.

The application has these sections:

• Business profile — required: Company name
• Where and what you sell — required: Product categories you sell
• Compliance — all optional

2 fields are required in total; everything else is optional and can be added later with the team.

The Submit button stays disabled and lists what is still missing, so you always know what is left. Once you submit, your application is locked while our team reviews it.

What happens next

• ✓The Hyphen SCS team reviews your account.
• ✓When it is approved, you get an email to set your password.
• ✓Your seller profile appears in your Hyphen SCS dashboard, pending review by the marketplace team.
