How onboarding works for your warehouse

Start with your contact details. These create your application; nothing is added to Hyphen SCS yet.

• ✓Full name, phone, email and company name
• ✓GSTIN (optional)

We email a 6-digit code to the address you gave. It works for 10 minutes, and you can ask for another after 60 seconds.

Closed the page? Choose Resume onboarding on the homepage and verify your email again to pick up where you left off.

Choose whichever suits you: fill in the form yourself, or chat and let the assistant ask the questions. Both fill in the same application, and you can switch at any time. Your answers save as you go.

The application has these sections:

• Basic information — required: Warehouse name, Warehouse grade, Warehouse type, Owner name, Owner company, Owner phone
• Location — required: Address line 1, State, district, city and pincode, Latitude, Longitude
• Capacity & structure — all optional
• Commercials — sometimes required: Sale price, Rental terms
• Features & infrastructure — required: Storage types
• Cold storage — all optional
• Agriculture — all optional
• Compliance & safety — all optional
• Photos — file uploads, listed below

Photos are JPG, PNG or WebP; documents can also be PDF. Each file can be up to 10 MB.

12 fields are required in total; everything else is optional and can be added later with the team.

The Submit button stays disabled and lists what is still missing, so you always know what is left. Once you submit, your application is locked while our team reviews it.

What happens next

• ✓The Hyphen SCS team reviews your account.
• ✓When it is approved, you get an email to set your password.
• ✓Your warehouse appears in your Hyphen SCS dashboard as a listing pending approval, with the details and photos you entered.

Already have an approved account? Verify your email as usual and your new listing is added to it directly, without a second account review.
